Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics, Bipin Reghunathan served as Country Manager – Contract Logistics at Rhenus Logistics, where he led the company’s contract logistics business across India. He was responsible for overseeing operations, business strategy, and growth across multiple industry verticals including automotive, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing. During his tenure, he drove customer acquisition, expanded strategic partnerships, managed end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions, implemented digitalization and automation initiatives, and led cross-functional teams while maintaining full profit and loss responsibility. He also founded DataMingle Analytics Pvt. Ltd., reflecting his entrepreneurial focus on analytics-driven business transformation.
Earlier, Bipin spent more than six years with DHL Supply Chain, progressing through the roles of Director – Supply Chain Solution, Senior Director – Supply Chain Solution, and Vice President – West & East Region. During this period, he led regional operations, developed supply chain consulting capabilities, strengthened customer solutions, and drove operational excellence across one of the world’s leading logistics organizations. Prior to DHL Supply Chain, he served as Senior General Manager at Mahindra Logistics, further expanding his expertise in logistics strategy and business development.
Earlier in his distinguished career, Bipin served as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt. Ltd., where he introduced business intelligence platforms, strengthened governance and compliance frameworks, implemented business excellence initiatives, and enhanced customer experience through innovative supply chain solutions. He also held leadership roles as Director Operations at DHL India Pvt. Ltd. and Deputy General Manager – Supply Chain Management at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, successfully leading large-scale warehouse automation, distribution transformation, process excellence, operational efficiency, and nationwide supply chain initiatives.
