Bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience with Terex, Jaideep assumes the role with deep operational expertise, strong commercial acumen, and an extensive understanding of the company’s global business and regional markets.
Prior to his appointment, Jaideep Shekhar served as Managing Director – Asia & EMEAR for Terex Materials Processing, where he led the business across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia. In this role, he was responsible for driving regional strategy, commercial growth, customer engagement, and operational performance across multiple international markets. His leadership played a key role in strengthening Terex’s presence across the region while delivering sustainable business growth and supporting strategic expansion initiatives.
Jaideep has built an exceptional 19-year career with Terex Corporation, progressing through several senior leadership positions. He previously served as Executive Director, Director – Sales & Marketing, Asia, Regional Business Manager – Asia & Middle East, and Country Manager – India & South West Asia, steadily expanding his responsibilities across sales, marketing, regional business management, dealer development, and market expansion. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led commercial strategy, strengthened distribution networks, built customer partnerships, and delivered consistent business performance across diverse international markets.
Before joining Terex, Jaideep spent more than five years with Metso Minerals, where he progressed through the roles of Sales Engineer, Deputy Sales Manager – North, and Sales Manager – North, building strong expertise in industrial equipment sales, customer solutions, and business development. He began his career with Svedala Industri AB as an Application Engineer, establishing a solid technical foundation that has complemented his commercial and executive leadership throughout his career.
