Before joining Millennium Semiconductors, CA. Pankaj Khemka served as Chief Financial Officer at Duroshox Private Limited. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at NRB Bearings Limited, where he added further depth to his leadership journey in finance and enterprise management. These roles reflect his strong experience in steering finance functions across manufacturing-led organizations.
Earlier, he was associated with VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, where he served as Chief Financial Officer after briefly holding the role of Vice President Finance. During this phase, he further strengthened his profile in strategic finance leadership and business support in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
Before that, CA. Pankaj Khemka held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Food Park Limited, continuing to build his finance leadership experience across diverse business environments. A major part of his earlier professional journey was at Cipla, where he served as Associate Director – Finance for nearly a decade. This long tenure added substantial depth to his expertise in finance, controls, and operational support within a leading pharmaceutical organization.
