Minneapolis, Minnesota ,United States, February 2026 — Erin Pettit has been appointed as Vice President, People & Culture and Safety at Ascentek. In this expanded leadership role, she will oversee the organization’s people strategy, culture, and safety agenda, supporting Ascentek’s continued growth and commitment to being a people-first organization.
Erin has been with Ascentek for nearly 12 years and has progressed through multiple senior leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as Senior People & Culture Director, following a long tenure as People & Culture Director, where she played a central role in strengthening organizational culture, talent practices, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Erin built strong operational and people foundations at Target, where she held roles including Supply Chain Specialist, Store Operations, Senior Campus Specialist, and Senior Associate Payroll Processor. She began her professional journey with experiences at ING DIRECT, Annandale State Bank and Insurance, and the Arthritis Foundation, developing early expertise across customer service, payroll, recruitment operations, and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role at Ascentek, Erin is expected to further integrate people, culture, and safety strategies, reinforcing the company’s values-driven approach and its recognition as a certified Great Place to Work.
