Tokyo, Japan, March 2025 – Erina Uozumi has taken on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, Japan at Lenovo, where she will lead recruitment strategies across both campus and mid-career hiring. With a focus on innovative talent marketing, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion, she aims to position Lenovo as an employer of choice in Japan’s competitive market.
Before joining Lenovo, Erina served as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at CBRE Asia Pacific, overseeing recruitment for Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. She was responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies that spanned talent marketing, graduate hiring, and mid-career recruitment, ensuring that CBRE attracted top talent across multiple regions.
Prior to that, she spent nearly eight years at Hays, where she held various leadership roles, including Manager of the Banking & Financial Services and Insurance Teams in Japan. Erina specialized in recruiting for financial services, FinTech, and InsurTech industries, consistently earning recognition as a top performer for insurance recruitment in Asia. She played a pivotal role in scaling teams and strengthening Hays’ market position in Japan.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Global Marketing Manager at DISCO Inc., managing bilingual career forums, graduate hiring events, and international education programs. This experience gave her deep insight into talent acquisition and global workforce trends, shaping her expertise in recruitment marketing.
