Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Salad Days has announced the appointment of Esha Soni as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the fast-growing food-tech brand continues to scale its people and culture ecosystem across India. In her new role, Esha will lead the company’s human capital strategy, organisational development, talent architecture, leadership capability building and culture transformation agenda to support Salad Days’ growth journey.
Esha joins Salad Days after serving for nearly a year as Human Resources Director at Battery Smart, where she led people strategy, organisational development initiatives and HR governance frameworks in a rapidly scaling clean mobility and EV infrastructure environment.
Prior to this, she spent over a year as Vice President – Human Resources at bijnis, where she strengthened workforce architecture, HR operating models and people governance structures for the digital manufacturing platform.
She previously spent more than six years with Tata 1mg as AVP – Human Resources, where she played a critical role in scaling people systems, leadership frameworks and culture practices during the company’s hyper-growth phase. She also held senior HR leadership roles at Shiprocket and OYO, contributing to organisational build-out, workforce strategy and leadership capability development in high-growth consumer-tech ecosystems.
Earlier in her career, Esha built a strong HR leadership foundation through roles at Yepme.com, Quatrro, Aegis Limited, URS Certification Limited and Syscom Softech, where she developed deep expertise in HR operations, people strategy and workforce management across retail, services and technology-driven organisations.
Esha Soni holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Lucknow.
