Delhi, India, November 2025 — Manju Kohli has begun a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Relaxo Footwears Limited, marking a significant leadership transition in one of India’s largest and most admired consumer brands. In this senior role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, culture-building agenda, and HR transformation initiatives to support the company’s continued workforce scale, business growth, and global expansion.
Before joining Relaxo Footwears Limited, Manju served as Senior Vice President – People & Culture at Terviva, where she led HR strategy and operations across India, the United States, and Australia. Her work included partnering with the CEO and leadership teams on investor diligence, implementation of BambooHR HRIS, and driving people transformation in collaboration with global consulting firms including Mercer.
Prior to Terviva, Manju spent six years as Chief Human Resources Officer at UWC South East Asia in Singapore. During her tenure, she transformed HR operations using an ERP-based HCM system, partnered with Willis Towers Watson and Mercer on leadership capability building, and co-led the DEIJ steering committee, delivering strong progress on diversity and cultural inclusion. She also served as a member of the Executive Team and multiple board governance committees focused on talent, finance, compliance, and institutional development.
Earlier in her career, Manju served as Vice President Human Resources at Pearson, Chief People Officer – Digital Media & Mobile Solutions at HT Media Group, and Head of Human Resources & Industrial Relations at Carlsberg Group, where she played key roles in integration management, HR operating model design, talent retention, and building HR infrastructure for rapidly scaling businesses across technology, media, and manufacturing.
Manju’s earlier professional foundation includes HR leadership roles at Oracle Financial Services Software, Actis, and ITC Limited, where she built deep expertise in industrial relations, HR shared services, organizational development, and talent management across India and international operations. She holds a Master’s Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
