Estelle will be responsible for leading the HR team and driving people strategies that enable every individual in the organization to thrive and perform at their best. She will work closely with the executive leadership to foster a culture of excellence and inclusion across the company’s global operations.
Estelle joins McArthurGlen Group from Virgin Atlantic, where she served as Chief People Officer for nearly four years. During her tenure, she led significant HR transformations, focusing on employee experience and leadership development across the organization. Prior to this, Estelle held the roles of Vice President Cabin and Vice President People Experience, further enhancing her expertise in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture at one of the world’s leading airlines.
Before joining Virgin Atlantic, Estelle was the HR Director for Talent, Learning & Organisational Development at BAE Systems, where she implemented talent development strategies and drove organizational change across the company’s operations in the UK.
Her career in HR leadership began at Air Products and Chemicals, where she held multiple roles over 12 years, followed by positions at Legal & General and Hilton Worldwide, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, training, and development across various regions in the UK.
