New York, United States, October 2024 – Faeth Bradley has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at rag & bone, where she will lead the brand’s human resources strategy and employee experience. With over two decades of HR leadership, Faeth brings a wealth of experience in aligning talent strategies with business growth, fostering inclusive environments, and driving cultural transformation.
Prior to joining rag & bone, Faeth Bradley served as Chief Human Resources Officer at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., from October 2021 to September 2024, where she led HR operations and employee engagement initiatives for the company. Her leadership in talent management and organizational development helped the company navigate significant growth and transformation.
Before 1-800-FLOWERS, Faeth spent 9 years as EVP, Human Resources (CHRO) at New York & Company, where she was responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership development. She played a key role in driving the company’s talent agenda, including overseeing workforce planning, diversity and inclusion efforts, and enhancing the employee experience.
Earlier in her career, Faeth worked at Coach for over 8 years, where she held roles such as DVP, Human Resources, North America Retail, and Senior Director of HR. At Coach, she was instrumental in leading HR strategies across North America and implementing people-focused initiatives to support business growth and retail operations.
She began her HR career with roles at Sallie Mae, XO Communications, and Newbridge Networks, gaining valuable experience in HR management, employee relations, and talent development.
