Dubai, UAE, October 2024 – Dulsco has announced the appointment of Fara Siddiqi as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Fara will lead HR functions across Dulsco People, Dulsco Environment, Parisima Talent, and Advance Global Recruitment Ltd, bringing with her over two decades of experience in HR leadership. Fara’s focus will be on driving strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Fara Siddiqi joins Dulsco after serving as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Aster DM Healthcare for over seven years. In this role, she was instrumental in developing and executing the people strategy for a rapidly growing healthcare conglomerate with over 30,000 employees and 800+ medical establishments across seven countries.
Prior to Aster, Fara was Chief Human Resource Officer at GEMS Education, where she managed the organizational and people strategy for the largest K-12 global education company, leading a team of 16,000 employees and 80 schools worldwide.
She also brings extensive HR leadership experience from her time as Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America, where she was responsible for key HR initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held regional HR leadership roles at WFI, FedEx Kinkos, and AT&T, further solidifying her expertise in human resource management and organizational transformation.
