Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Fernando Epiphanio has taken on a new global leadership role as Head of Global People Solutions at Kraft Heinz, marking a significant advancement in the company’s strategic people transformation journey. With a career that spans continents and industries, Fernando brings over two decades of international experience in human resources, shared services, and operational excellence across global markets.
His elevation reflects Kraft Heinz’s commitment to optimizing its people systems and delivering seamless HR solutions for its 37,000+ global workforce.
Fernando joined Kraft Heinz in 2020 and most recently served as Director of Global People Operations, overseeing cross-functional HR delivery and organizational process efficiencies from the company’s headquarters in Chicago. Prior to this, he was Director, People and Performance East, responsible for leading HR across Russia, Turkey, Poland, and the Middle East.
Before Kraft Heinz, Fernando held senior roles at Emaar, where he was Head of Business Shared Services and Senior Director of People and Performance, managing end-to-end HR, rewards, learning, and business transformation programs. His earlier experience at Grupo Modelo (Anheuser-Busch InBev) included roles as Director of Shared Services Mexico, Director of Sales HR, and General Manager, leading large-scale HR and commercial operations across Mexico and Latin America.
He also played strategic HR leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Western Europe and North America, specializing in talent management, internal communications, global rewards, and HR shared service transformations. Fernando began his HR leadership journey with AmBev and Labatt Breweries of Canada, where he led large transformation projects centralizing HR functions across borders.
