Coventry, England, United Kingdom, August 2025 — Fiona Mee has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer at MTC – Manufacturing Technology Centre, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy during an exciting phase of growth and innovation in advanced manufacturing.
Mee brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across sectors like manufacturing, engineering, and professional services. She will be instrumental in aligning MTC’s people agenda with its ambition to drive technological transformation and deliver excellence in innovation.
In her most recent role, Fiona Mee served as Senior Director Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where she provided strategic HR leadership across operations in the UK. Prior to this, she was HR Director – BRUSH Power Generation at Baker Hughes, managing all HR activities across UK, US, Czech Republic, Netherlands, and multiple APAC regions.
Earlier in her career, she spent over three years at BRUSH Group, where she held multiple roles including UK HR Director and HR Director – Power Generation, overseeing HR operations across business units, manufacturing sites, and field service delivery teams. Her leadership helped establish strong talent and performance frameworks during a period of organizational transition.
Previously, she ran her own HR consultancy, Accord HR Solutions, and also held HR leadership roles at ForFarmers, Solvay, Geary’s Bakeries, Source BioScience, and Thorntons, where she managed people strategy, engagement, and operational HR delivery.
Fiona’s early career included pivotal HR positions at Nationwide Building Society, CEVA Logistics, E.ON, Rolls-Royce, and Pirelli Tyres, giving her a comprehensive foundation in both strategic and operational HR management across diverse industries.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Nottingham Trent University, demonstrating her strong academic grounding in the field of people management.
