Singapore, January 2026 — EM Services Pte Ltd has appointed Florence Chan as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role, Florence will lead the organization’s people transformation agenda and drive a service-excellence culture, strengthening agile, high-performing teams that elevate both employee and customer experience across the group.
With over three decades of HR leadership across banking, technology, healthcare, logistics, consumer retail, and public service ecosystems, Florence brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and regional HR leadership across Asia Pacific.
Before joining EM Services Pte Ltd, Florence Chan served as Human Resources Director at the Community Foundation of Singapore, where she strengthened people practices supporting purposeful work and social impact initiatives.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior Vice President – Human Resources at DBS Bank, leading strategic HR initiatives in one of Asia’s largest financial institutions.
She previously served as Chief People & Organisation Development Officer at Singapore Post Ltd, where she led group-wide transformation and human capital strategies, driving modernization and workforce capability development.
Her earlier leadership roles include Human Resources Director – Asia Pacific at The Body Shop, Vice President – Human Resources at DXC Technology (CSC), VP – Human Resources at SAP BusinessObjects, VP – Human Resources at Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), and Senior Director – Human Resources at Oracle, where she built extensive Asia-Pacific HR leadership experience across technology and healthcare sectors.
Florence began her HR leadership career at Black & Decker as Manager – Human Resources, building foundational expertise in HR operations and industrial relations across the Eastern Hemisphere.
