Hamburg, Germany, July 2024 – Florian Drude has joined seca as the new Head of Human Resources. With a strong background in human capital management, Florian brings a wealth of expertise to the team, aiming to support seca’s mission of developing innovative weighing technologies and practice-oriented functions for the medical field.
Florian Drude has recently started his role as the Head of Human Resources at seca – precision for health. Based in Hamburg, Germany, Florian will lead HR initiatives to further enhance seca’s growth and success in the global market for medical measuring and weighing technologies.
Prior to joining seca, Florian served as the Head of HR DACH at Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH for three and a half years. In this role, he oversaw HR operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic HR functions.
Before his tenure at Alfa Laval, Florian worked at Tchibo for nearly four years in various HR roles, including Head of HR Business Partnership and HR Expert People & Organizational Development. He was responsible for business partnering, recruiting, employer branding, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
Florian also gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant & Partner at movABLE GmbH, where he provided consultancy services focusing on leadership development and organizational transformation. Additionally, he served as a Project Lead Startup Consultancy and Lead Consultant & Teamlead at Gründungsberatung MOBIL, offering strategic guidance and training for startups and company founders.
Earlier in his career, Florian held the position of Managing Director at MOBIL soziale Wirtschaft GmbH, where he led various initiatives aimed at social and economic development.
