Focus Hotels has officially announced the appointment of Niki Ball as the new Human Resources Director.
Niki Ball, a seasoned HR specialist with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, joins Focus Hotels to lead and innovate the company’s human resources strategies.
Niki’s extensive career has been marked by her leadership in HR management, where she has excelled in recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement. Her journey in the hospitality industry began with Paramount Group of Hotels and extended through significant roles at The Midland Hotel, De Vere, and Q Hotels, where she was instrumental in developing HR infrastructure and enhancing organizational processes.
In her latest role before joining Focus Hotels, Niki served as the Portfolio Human Resources Manager for Bespoke Hotels. There, she managed the HR functions across over 30 hotels, driving the evolution of company values, recruitment strategies, employee retention, training, and induction processes.
