New York, United States, March 2025 – Foot Locker, Inc. has officially named Frank Bracken as its new President, recognizing his exceptional leadership and nearly 15 years of contribution to the iconic sneaker retailer. In his new role, Bracken will spearhead Foot Locker’s global business strategy, deepen consumer connections, and accelerate innovation across the brand portfolio.
Bracken’s journey at Foot Locker began in 2010 as VP of Marketing at Champs Sports, and he has consistently risen through the ranks with remarkable success. Over the years, he held key senior roles including VP DMM Footwear, VP General Manager for Foot Locker Canada, SVP General Manager of Foot Locker & Kids Foot Locker US, CEO of Foot Locker NA, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, Chief Commercial Officer. His promotion to President highlights his transformative influence on the business.

Before joining Foot Locker, Bracken built his brand expertise in the beverage industry with The Coca-Cola Company, where he led teams as VP and Brand Director for POWERADE and Brand Manager for Sprite & Sprite Zero. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Associate Brand Manager at Miller Brewing Company and gained foundational business experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Throughout his career, Bracken has demonstrated a unique ability to integrate customer insights, operational strategy, and brand leadership to deliver strong, sustainable growth. He also serves as a Board Member at GOAT Group, further showcasing his influence in the sneaker and lifestyle space.
