Halifax, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Zoé Armitage has joined Stelvio Group as Head of People Operations, bringing extensive expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and organizational development. In this role, she will lead people strategy, employee engagement, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and innovation objectives.
Prior to joining Stelvio Group, Armitage served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech) at AND Digital, where she was instrumental in strategic hiring and research-driven talent acquisition for technical roles. Before that, she was Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Fathom3, leading end-to-end hiring strategies and workforce planning to support the company’s multi-disciplinary innovation and development efforts.
Earlier in her career, she was Senior Account Manager at Transition Partners, where she specialized in technology, digital, and business transformation recruitment. She also held key roles at A-SAFE UK and Hotfoot Recruitment, contributing to executive search, employer branding, and workforce planning initiatives.
