Singapore, September 2025 – Fraser and Neave (F&N) has announced the appointment of Rahul Colaco as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2025. Colaco, a seasoned leader with more than 28 years of experience in the global consumer goods industry, will succeed Choon Kit Hui, who is stepping down after an extraordinary 25-year career with the Group.
In a statement, F&N extended its gratitude to Hui for his visionary leadership, noting that his dedication and contributions have guided the company through decades of transformation and growth. The leadership transition marks an important milestone as F&N positions itself for its next phase of innovation and expansion.
Rahul Colaco joins F&N from Thai Beverage PLC, where he served as Chief Spirits – International since 2024. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Grand Royal Group International in Myanmar, a ThaiBev subsidiary and whisky market leader, where he successfully steered the business for four years.
Before his leadership roles at ThaiBev, Colaco was Senior Advisor at Re-Hub, a global AI-driven business solutions startup, providing strategic insights to help organizations harness data for growth. His decade-long tenure at FrieslandCampina saw him hold senior leadership roles across multiple markets, including President China, Managing Director of Wamco Nigeria, and Managing Director of Dutch Lady Malaysia & Singapore. Earlier, he also served as Marketing Director of Dutch Lady Malaysia, playing a crucial role in strengthening the company’s brand presence in Asia.
Colaco began his career at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where he spent nearly six years across operations, purchasing, and finance roles, before moving on to global assignments with Unilever Europe in Rotterdam and Rome, including as Marketing Operations Director, Foods Europe. His professional foundation was built at KPMG, where he started as an Audit Senior in 1995.
An alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Colaco holds an MBA, further strengthening his global leadership credentials.
