Fred Roneker Appointed as Vice President - Global Talent at Procter & Gamble

Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, September 2024 – Fred Roneker has been appointed as Vice President – Global Talent at Procter & Gamble. In his new role, Fred will be responsible for leading P&G’s global talent acquisition and development strategies, overseeing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.

Before assuming his new role, Fred served as Senior HR Director – NA Talent and HR for HR at Procter & Gamble for nearly four years, where he led the North American talent acquisition and HR operations. In this capacity, Fred played a key role in shaping talent strategies and aligning HR functions to meet business objectives.

Prior to that, he held the role of Senior HR Director – Corporate R&D for almost three years. Fred was responsible for overseeing talent management and leadership development for P&G’s Corporate Research and Development teams, ensuring that talent strategies aligned with the company’s innovation goals.

Fred also led P&G’s European Planning Service Center as the Site HR Leader in Warsaw, Poland, for two years. In this role, he managed HR operations and employee engagement for the European supply chain teams.

His earlier roles at P&G include Sr. HR Manager – Leadership Development and HR Manager, where he contributed to performance management and employee engagement initiatives globally, while also managing HR functions for P&G’s global brands, including Pantene, Head & Shoulders, and Herbal Essences.
