Boston, Massachusetts, United States, March 2025 – Frederick Abramaitys has been appointed as Sr. Director Global People and Food Safety at Inspire. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing global food safety operations while leading strategic people initiatives to enhance the company’s operational and safety standards across international markets.
Abramaitys has been a key part of Inspire for nearly four years, previously serving as Senior Director International Operations Support & Training. In this role, he played an instrumental role in leading Inspire’s portfolio of brands into international markets, driving operational excellence and global expansion strategies.
Prior to Inspire, Abramaitys spent a decade at Dunkin’ Brands, where he held multiple leadership positions. As Director of Global Operating Systems, Quality Assurance, Food Safety & Equipment, he spearheaded key quality assurance and operational strategies. Earlier, as Director of International QA / Food Safety, he was responsible for designing and implementing global food safety systems, ensuring compliance across international markets.
Earlier in his career, Abramaitys worked as a Franchise Business Consultant at Jack in the Box, where he focused on operational excellence and franchise growth. Before that, he served as Quality Assurance Manager at Fresh Concepts LLC, where he played a crucial role in food quality and safety measures. He also held the role of Regional Training Manager at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where he developed and executed training programs to enhance operational efficiency.
