Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, December 2025 – Futhi S. has been appointed as Head of People & Business Enablement at Sunbet, effective December 2025. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, workforce enablement, and organizational capability agenda, supporting Sunbet’s continued growth in South Africa’s fast-evolving online gaming and digital entertainment ecosystem.
With a progressive HR career spanning property, automotive, and digital entertainment sectors, Futhi brings a strong blend of talent strategy, employer branding, workforce transformation, and human capital leadership to her new role.
Prior to joining Sunbet, Futhi spent over three years with BMW Group, where she served as Human Resources Business Partner and earlier as Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In these roles, she led workforce planning, employer branding, and strategic HR partnering initiatives for one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.
Before BMW Group, she held leadership responsibilities at Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd for over five years, where she progressed from Recruitment Officer to Human Capital Manager, driving end-to-end people operations, workforce capability building, and recruitment strategy across South Africa.
Earlier in her career, Futhi served with Growthpoint Properties as HR Administrator, gaining foundational exposure to HR operations and people services.
