Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, United States, January 2026 – Gabrielle Cornfield has stepped into an expanded mandate as Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Associate Experience at AmeriHealth Caritas, taking responsibility for enterprise talent acquisition, associate experience, and inclusion and belonging. In this role, she is driving integrated workforce strategies that strengthen hiring capability, elevate employee experience, and embed a culture of belonging across the organization.
At AmeriHealth Caritas, Gabrielle has spent about a year shaping the organization’s talent agenda. Prior to this expanded role, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, where she oversaw enterprise hiring strategy, new business activation, and workforce planning initiatives across the United States. Her leadership helped streamline recruitment operations and align talent pipelines with the organization’s mission-driven growth.
Before joining AmeriHealth Caritas, Gabrielle spent over three years at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as Senior Director, Head of Talent Acquisition. She led large-scale recruitment transformation for a complex healthcare environment, strengthening employer branding, improving candidate experience, and building scalable hiring frameworks to support clinical and non-clinical growth.
Earlier, Gabrielle contributed nearly three years at Aramark, first as Director, Salaried & Campus Talent Acquisition and later as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. During this period, she modernized campus and professional hiring strategies, expanded leadership recruiting capabilities, and partnered closely with business units to meet aggressive growth targets across the Greater Philadelphia region.
She also served about a year with Campbell Soup Company as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she was brought in to help transform the talent acquisition operating model. Gabrielle focused on strengthening sourcing capability, improving recruiter efficiency, and aligning recruitment with business goals while supporting technology transformation and workforce planning.
In the earlier phase of her career, Gabrielle spent over three years at Sallie Mae, progressing from Talent Acquisition Manager to Director, Talent Acquisition. She rebuilt the TA function, introduced a new applicant tracking strategy, created the company’s first internship program, and ensured regulatory compliance across hiring processes. Her foundation years also include talent roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, CBI Group, and Cancer Support Community Delaware, where she developed deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnering, and community engagement.
