Denver, Colorado, July 2024 – Darcie Allen McCloud has joined Laradon as the new Chief People Officer, where she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy and workforce development initiatives. Darcie will play a vital role in fostering a high-performing business culture that aligns with Laradon’s mission of serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Prior to joining Laradon, Darcie founded and operated M&D HR Consulting for over eight years, providing strategic and results-driven HR solutions for businesses in the Denver area. In this role, she successfully delivered HR consulting services focused on building high-performance cultures, talent development, and HR operations across diverse industries.
Before her time with M&D HR Consulting, Darcie was the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Development at InnovAge for nearly three years. In this role, she was instrumental in driving HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across the organization, playing a key part in the company’s growth in the Greater Denver area.
Darcie also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sava Senior Care for over seven years, where she led the human resources function for one of the largest senior care providers in the U.S. Her focus was on talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, helping to shape a strong employee-focused culture.
In her earlier career, Darcie held the role of Human Resources at Core Logic for a year, where she managed HR processes and initiatives to support the company’s rapid growth. Additionally, she gained valuable HR leadership experience as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at Protiviti, where she managed HR programs and employee relations initiatives for over two years.
