Ganesh brings over two decades of experience within Citi, having led numerous high-impact initiatives in global markets including London and Pune. Most recently, he served as Global Program Manager for FIT Transformation within Banking International and Client Technology, where he was instrumental in driving strategic technology modernization. His prior leadership as Global Head of Architecture and SVP – Application Development highlights his strengths in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and operational governance.
Baliga’s career trajectory reflects a deep engagement with technology management and talent leadership. At Citi, he has managed global delivery teams, directed securities services platforms, and overseen large-scale partnerships with Indian IT firms. His extensive experience also includes site leadership, technology vendor governance, and digital innovation. His return to head Citi Solutions Centers – India signals a focused push on strengthening client-centric platforms and advancing Citi’s global tech capabilities from India.
Ganesh holds postgraduate executive credentials in fintech and data science from institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and Purdue University.
