Prague, Czechia, August 2024 – Ganesh Iyer has been appointed as the new Country HR Head at ADP Czech Republic, where he will be supporting the Global View – EMEA teams. With a distinguished career in human resources and extensive experience in global HR leadership, Ganesh is poised to make significant contributions to ADP’s HR strategies and operations.
Ganesh has been with ADP for over 12 years, holding various key positions. His most recent role was as Senior Director Human Resources, where he led global HR initiatives and strategies for over three years. Prior to this, he served as Director, HR, managing HR software, global talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness for three years. His tenure at ADP also includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where he focused on HR analytics, leadership development, and talent management.
Before joining ADP, Ganesh worked at Tata Docomo Business Services as the HR Leader – Enterprise Business (APAC). In this role, he was a global HR business partner, directly reporting to the CHRO and senior stakeholders. He played a pivotal role in driving positive transformation, implementing performance management frameworks, and leading merger integrations and business expansions across APAC markets.
Ganesh’s earlier experience includes serving as the HR Business Partner (India) for Virgin Mobile India, where he was instrumental in scaling up the business, developing campus recruitment strategies, and creating performance-based rewards programs. He began his HR career at Hewitt Associates (now Aon) as a Human Resources Advisor, where he contributed to the inception of the HR advisory function and supported HR operations for North America.
