Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 — Gaunik Jeet Singh has been appointed as Head of Marketing (Marketing Director) at Knauf India, marking a strategic leadership addition to the global building materials company. In his new role, Gaunik will spearhead brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing operations with a focus on expanding Knauf’s presence and strengthening its brand positioning across India.
Gaunik brings over 18 years of marketing leadership experience, with proven success in brand building, product innovation, and digital transformation across diverse industries. At Hero MotoCorp, where he most recently served as GM – Marketing, Corporate Brand & Scooters, he led marketing strategy for a ₹3500 crore portfolio, executed award-winning campaigns, and launched multiple high-impact products such as the Hero XOOM.
Prior to Hero, Gaunik held pivotal marketing roles at AkzoNobel, where he led the premium exterior emulsions and DIY categories for Dulux Paints, managing a ₹800 crore P&L and delivering brand-building campaigns with strong business impact.
Earlier in his career, he served in strategic marketing and leadership capacities at airtel, DiGiSPICE, and GE Capital, honing his expertise in category management, digital growth, and customer engagement across telecom and financial services sectors.
