Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — Danube Properties has announced the appointment of Gaurav Bhatia as Executive Vice President – Sales (India & International Markets). In his new role, Gaurav will lead sales strategy, market expansion, and business development across India, Dubai, and other international geographies, contributing to the company’s global growth vision.
With over two decades of leadership experience spanning real estate, insurance, banking, and international property management, Gaurav brings extensive expertise in revenue acceleration, partner management, and team leadership. His ability to drive large-scale sales organizations and deliver sustained growth across complex markets makes him a valuable addition to Danube’s leadership team.
Before joining Danube Properties, Gaurav spent nine years at Sobha Ltd., where he rose to the position of Chief Sales Officer, overseeing operations across India and global markets. During his tenure, he led multi-regional sales teams, achieving significant year-on-year growth and driving an annual turnover exceeding ₹6,500 crores.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Square Yards, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and ICICI Bank, where he honed his skills in sales strategy, customer engagement, and cross-border market expansion. His foundational experience at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. and Parry Nutraceuticals further strengthened his understanding of consumer and enterprise sales dynamics.
Through his new leadership mandate, Gaurav is set to accelerate Danube Properties’ market presence across India and international territories, reinforcing its position as a premier real estate brand known for innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
