Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 2025 – NASH Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd., a leading diversified engineering and manufacturing solutions company, has announced the appointment of Gaurav Burman as Chief Business Officer & CEO, Middle East Operations. With over 25 years of experience spanning industrial automation, clean technology, and smart building solutions, Gaurav will spearhead NASH’s expansion and strategic initiatives across the Middle East, further strengthening its global footprint.
In this new role, Gaurav will lead NASH’s business operations and market development in the region, driving strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and sustainability-led innovation. His appointment underscores NASH’s focus on scaling its advanced manufacturing and technology-driven solutions to global markets.
Before joining NASH Industries, Gaurav Burman served as Managing Director – APAC Operations at 75F Middle East Trading LLC, where he built and led 75F’s Asia-Pacific business to profitability, contributing over 60% of the company’s global revenue. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant market expansion, deploying energy-efficient automation solutions across 250+ buildings spanning over 12 million square feet for clients such as Flipkart, Shell, Mercedes-Benz, Adobe, Landmark Group, and DBS Bank. Gaurav was also part of 75F’s Global Executive Leadership Team, helping raise over $60 million from global investors including Breakthrough Energy Ventures (Bill Gates’ fund), Siemens Next47, and Carrier Corp.
Prior to 75F, Gaurav spent nearly a decade at Schneider Electric India, where he held multiple leadership roles including Director – Marketing (Greater India Region) and Director, Marketing & Business Development (Retail Business). He successfully led large-scale marketing transformation initiatives and strengthened Schneider’s position as a sustainability-driven technology leader across India and South Asia.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav worked with APC India Pvt. Ltd., L&T Infotech, and IBM India, managing strategic alliances, marketing intelligence, and enterprise sales across the technology and industrial sectors. His extensive exposure to global operations and market ecosystems has shaped his strategic acumen in driving growth across emerging and mature markets alike.
Gaurav is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he earned his MBA in Management, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
