London, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Geeta Kantelia (Jones) has stepped into the role of Director, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at Ocean Technologies Group, where she will lead the company’s global recruitment strategy, including executive search and process optimisation. Her mission will be to elevate hiring capabilities and workforce planning in alignment with the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
Prior to this, Geeta served as Global Head of Talent & Executive Search at Beamery, where she was instrumental in designing and executing a strategic executive hiring framework, directly collaborating with the C-suite and board to build leadership succession pipelines. She also supported the broader talent acquisition function with high-priority projects.
Earlier, she held the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at GFG Alliance, reporting to the Global CHRO. There, she managed the end-to-end search for C-Suite and non-executive directors, along with overseeing global hiring operations and workforce planning.
Before that, Geeta served as Director of Talent Acquisition – UK & Ireland at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she built a high-touch, scalable recruitment function, leading hiring across both corporate and retail segments and playing a pivotal role in DE&I strategies.
She has also held senior talent acquisition roles at Avon, Home Retail Group (Argos), and Barclays, and earlier worked in interim and consulting roles with Accenture, AstraZeneca, and others, developing a deep bench of experience across industries, regions, and functional domains.
