Gemini joined Kopi Kenangan as Senior Vice President, Global People & Culture in July 2022. He has been instrumental in driving digital transformation, talent strategy, management development, operational excellence, and productivity improvement. His efforts have significantly contributed to the company’s rapid growth and success, helping it achieve Unicorn status in December 2021.

Before joining Kopi Kenangan, Gemini founded GrowNext in September 2018, a consultancy focused on management development, culture change, and strategic thinking. His work at GrowNext demonstrated his ability to build strong relationships and lead teams towards achieving organizational goals.

At Yum! Brands, Gemini served as the Senior Franchise HR Partner, KFC Greater Asia from May 2021 to June 2022. He was responsible for talent strategy, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets, contributing to the company’s overall success in the region.

From November 2018 to May 2021, Gemini was the Executive VP, Head of Corporate Human Resources at PT. Nestlé Indonesia. He led initiatives in digital transformation, conflict resolution, and strategic human resources leadership, enhancing the company’s HR practices and employee engagement.

Earlier in his career, Gemini held the position of Regional Learning & Development Director, Head of Danone Academy Asia Pacific & Middle East at Danone from April 2012 to August 2018. He was responsible for training delivery, organizational effectiveness, and strategic partnerships, ensuring the continuous development of talent within the organization.

Gemini has also held significant roles at Hess Corporation as Human Resources Manager Indonesia, Mondelēz International as HR Director, Danone Dairy as HR Director, Reckitt Benckiser as Regional C&B Manager, East Asia, Mattel as Regional C&B Manager, Asia Pacific, and Premier Oil Natuna Sea, Ltd as Compensation & Benefits Supervisor.
