Brussels, Belgium, October 2024 – Fien Vanbiervliet has joined AlliA as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Fien will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, driving growth and fostering a people-centric culture. With a rich background in HR leadership, she brings valuable experience to support AlliA’s continued expansion as one of Belgium’s leading independent insurance brokers.
Prior to joining AlliA, Fien Vanbiervliet spent over five years at TriFinance, where she served as Care/HD Lead Belgium. She played a key role in overseeing talent management and project delivery, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with employee development. Earlier, she held the role of Talent & Project Manager, where she drove innovative HR initiatives and supported workforce transformation.
Fien also worked as Human Resources Manager at Saint-Gobain Building Glass Benelux, where she managed HR operations, implemented talent acquisition strategies, and supported organizational restructuring across the Belgium region.
Her extensive HR experience includes over a decade at Hudson, where she held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager. At Hudson, she was responsible for talent development, recruitment, and HR consulting services, helping clients build strong, performance-driven teams.
