Denver, Colorado, United States, April 2025 – Geoff DeMoss has been elevated to the role of Director, Talent Acquisition at GALE, a leading creative media consultancy recognized for its data-driven, business-centric approach to brand storytelling. In this strategic position, Geoff will continue to lead recruitment efforts across GALE’s global network while shaping talent strategies that support the agency’s rapid growth and award-winning reputation.
Geoff has been with GALE for over five years, previously serving as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, and earlier as Talent Acquisition Specialist. Across these roles, he has played a pivotal part in building cross-functional teams across media, creative, CRM, and technology disciplines while supporting marquee clients such as Chipotle, Hard Rock, NBA, Goldman Sachs, and Burt’s Bees.
Prior to rejoining GALE, Geoff served the City of Aurora as Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Supervisor for Recruiting & HRIS, leading public sector hiring strategies and HR systems development. His earlier experiences include senior recruitment roles at The Adecco Group, where he specialized in creative and marketing talent acquisition, and Project One, where he focused on IT recruitment in the media and entertainment sector.
Geoff also brings experience in business operations and client services from his eight-year tenure at Eastman Kodak, where he served in various roles including Account Manager, Project Manager, and Sales Assistant supporting television, film, and documentary clients.
