Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has announced the appointment of George Payikad as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Total Rewards and Analytics, marking an important addition to its global HR leadership team. In his new role, George will lead the organization’s total rewards strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to enhance Firstsource’s employee value proposition and strengthen its global people strategy.
With over 17 years of international experience in human capital strategy, rewards management, and workforce analytics, George brings a wealth of expertise in designing innovative compensation frameworks and driving data-led talent transformation. Prior to this appointment, he served as AVP – Senior Director & Head of Total Rewards at EdgeVerve (Infosys), where he oversaw rewards strategy for EdgeVerve, Infosys Consulting, and acquired subsidiaries across multiple geographies.
Before joining EdgeVerve, George spent over a decade with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he progressed through key roles such as Senior Manager – Total Rewards Europe and AGM – HR, Head of Talent Acquisition Analytics and Operations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping global compensation structures, implementing analytics-driven workforce strategies, and leading initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and organizational agility across markets including Europe, India, and North America.
An alumnus of Christ University, Bangalore, where he completed his postgraduate studies in Human Resources, George has built a reputation as a forward-thinking HR leader who integrates analytics, technology, and people-centric strategies to drive business impact. His appointment reflects Firstsource’s continued focus on creating a data-empowered and future-ready workforce.
