USA, May 2024 – Gina Miller has been appointed as the Head of Learning and Development at Ledger Bennett. With extensive experience in learning and development strategy, Gina is set to lead and enhance the company’s training programs.
Gina’s most recent role was as a Learning and Development Consultant. In this position, she provided expert guidance to various organizations, helping them design and implement effective learning strategies.
Before that, she served as the Director of Learning and Development at Modus, and as the Manager of Operations Learning and Development from November 2020 to July 2021. During her time at Modus, Gina was instrumental in shaping the company’s L&D initiatives and driving operational excellence.
Earlier, Gina was the Manager of Learning and Development at Zillow Group in Seattle, Washington. She successfully created and managed the Training Team and programs for Zillow Offers. Prior to that, she held roles as a Senior Trainer and Trainer for Zillow Offers.
At Redfin, Gina worked as a Learning and Development Specialist/Program Manager: National Real Estate from May 2016 to August 2018. She developed new-hire training programs and ongoing agent and business operations development for Redfin markets nationally. She also worked as a Real Estate Agent from December 2012 to May 2016.
Gina began her career as a Teacher in Arlington, where she worked from August 2001 to July 2015, bringing a solid foundation in education and training to her corporate roles.
