Bangalore, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Girish Bagal has been appointed as Head – Talent Supply Chain at Wipro, where he will be responsible for leading and optimizing talent deployment, workforce planning, and fulfillment strategies across the global technology and consulting giant. With his deep expertise in workforce management, Girish will play a pivotal role in aligning talent supply with evolving business demands and driving operational efficiency across delivery units.
Prior to joining Wipro, Girish served as the Global Head – Workforce Management at Apexon, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives to scale, optimize, and transform workforce operations. His leadership was instrumental in improving bench utilization, aligning talent with project pipelines, and enhancing agility in global delivery.

Earlier, he spent over five years at Mindtree, where he held progressively senior roles including Program Director and Associate Director – Workforce Management. His efforts contributed significantly to the company’s resourcing efficiency, skill alignment, and digital delivery enablement during a critical growth phase.
Before Mindtree, Girish was Group Manager – Resource Management at Aditi Technologies, where he was responsible for leading talent deployment strategies and building fulfillment frameworks to support global customer engagements.
He also gained early experience in workforce operations through roles at IBM Global Services, Syntel, SAP Global Delivery, and Sonyo Consultants, building a strong foundation in resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment operations.
