Before her tenure at Fablink Group, Hennessy was a Service Delivery Consultant (Interim) at Clover HR, where she honed her skills in HR service delivery and consultancy. Her role involved collaborating with clients to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Additionally, Hennessy has a solid background in HR management on an international scale from her time at SI Group Ltd, where she managed HR operations across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and South Africa for five years. Her early career also includes a role as Regional HR Business Partner at GEFCO UK Ltd, further showcasing her extensive experience in fostering productive work environments, enhancing employee relations, and driving HR strategic initiatives.
