In this pivotal role, Gitesh will lead the HR strategy, focusing on transformational initiatives to align people management practices with Veefin’s organizational objectives. His appointment comes at a critical juncture as the company continues its rapid global expansion in the SCF technology space.
Gitesh brings over two decades of diverse experience in human resources, working with top-tier organizations across industries. Prior to joining Veefin, he served as Chief People Officer at PayNearby, where he was instrumental in building a high-performing HR ecosystem over 5 years. His tenure at Magma Fincorp Ltd. as Business HR Head further honed his expertise in managing employee life cycles and HR digitization.
At HiCare Services Pvt. Ltd., Gitesh was the Head of Human Resources and a member of the executive management committee, driving HR strategies for operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Chief People Officer at e-Nxt Financials Limited – A TATA Enterprise, overseeing HR operations for a 7,000-strong workforce.
With leadership roles at Tata Capital, Deutsche Bank, and GE Money, Gitesh has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. His early career experiences at Integreon and Cyquator Technologies laid the foundation for his expertise in staffing and manpower planning.
