Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Neha Jangale has stepped into the role of Head – Learning & Development at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where she will lead the organization’s learning, capability-building, and people development agenda. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening leadership pipelines, building future-ready skills, and enabling continuous learning aligned with Glenmark’s growth and innovation priorities.
With a strong background in people development and organizational capability building, Neha Jangale brings cross-industry HR experience spanning pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive, and technology-led organizations. At Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, she will be responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development initiatives, and talent acceleration programs to support business transformation.
Prior to joining Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Neha Jangale served as Senior Manager – Human Resources | People Development at Reliance Industries Limited, where she led multiple capability-building programs aligned to business needs. Her work included designing cohort-based development journeys, implementing digital learning initiatives, and driving high-potential talent programs. Her contributions were recognized with multiple internal awards for excellence in digital upskilling and content design.
Earlier, she spent over five years with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited across its Automotive and Farm Equipment businesses. In roles including Manager – Human Resources and Deputy Manager – Human Resources, she anchored HR strategy execution, talent management, performance reviews, and business-aligned capability-building initiatives. She also played a key role as an HR Business Partner for Mahindra Powerol and Mahindra Waste to Energy businesses, supporting engagement, onboarding, and workforce planning.
She began her HR career as a Management Trainee – Human Resources and earlier gained exposure through an internship at Saint-Gobain, where she worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives and talent strategy projects. Notably, she started her professional journey in the technology domain with Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, bringing a strong analytical and systems-oriented perspective to her HR career.
