Aparna Vishwasrao has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at USV Private Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company known for its strong presence in the FMCG sector through its flagship Sebamed brand.
Vishwasrao, with about 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles, including a previous position at Raymond Consumer Care, is set to lead USV in preserving its unique culture while bringing in necessary transformations to modernize the HR function. Aparna also worked with MSD, Grindstone, Reliance Capital, Standard Chartered, BPCL, and Unilever.
She is a Tata Institute of Social Sciences alumnus ( 1999 Batch), specializing in Personal Management and Industrial Relations.
