In his new role, Satyaki Ghosh will lead Raymond Lifestyle Limited’s overall business strategy, operations, and growth agenda, with a focus on strengthening brand leadership, driving operational excellence, and unlocking new opportunities across the lifestyle and apparel value chain.

Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle Limited, Satyaki Ghosh was part of the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. In this role, he led large-scale manufacturing operations with a turnover of approximately USD 350 million, overseeing end-to-end functions including production, supply chain, sales, marketing, R&D, projects, HR, and finance. He was responsible for managing a large leadership team and driving efficiency, sustainability, and profitability across global B2B customer segments in apparel, home textiles, and technical textiles.

Earlier at Grasim Industries, he held multiple CEO roles across Domestic Textiles and Thai Acrylic Fibre, where he played a key role in portfolio expansion, integration of new acquisitions, and strengthening the company’s presence across natural fibres such as linen, cotton, and wool. His leadership contributed to operational synergies, scale expansion, and the transformation of textile businesses within the Aditya Birla Group.

Before his tenure with the Aditya Birla Group, Satyaki Ghosh spent nearly eight years with L’Oréal, including as Global Sales Director – Emerging Markets and Director – Consumer Products Division, L’Oréal India, where he led one of the company’s largest divisions with full P&L responsibility. His experience also includes senior leadership roles at Spencer’s Retail Limited, PepsiCo, GE Lighting, and Shaw Wallace Limited, building a strong foundation across FMCG, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing-led businesses.
