Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, December 2024 – Global Gaming Women (GGW) has announced the appointment of Pamela Buckley to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, bringing over 20 years of experience in the hotel and casino industry to the organization. Pamela will oversee strategic leadership and direction, working closely with Kelly Hatch, the current Executive Director, to advance GGW’s mission of supporting, inspiring, and developing women in the gaming industry.

Pamela’s ability to drive growth, build strong teams, and foster key relationships will be invaluable as we elevate our offerings and enhance member engagement.”
Pamela previously served as Executive Director of Casino VIP Services and Fontainebleau Rewards at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where she established and optimized the luxury resort’s VIP services and loyalty programs. Her tenure focused on customer loyalty, revenue generation, and operational excellence. Before Fontainebleau, she spent 23 years at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., holding positions such as Director of VIP Operations and Director of Inside Sales, where she developed expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and collaboration.

A Las Vegas native and second-generation “Casino Kid,” Pamela grew up immersed in the gaming industry, with family members holding various roles in casino operations and marketing. In addition to her professional achievements, she actively supports local non-profits, including Goodie Two-Shoes and Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.
