With an extensive career spanning over 32 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Dahagam has demonstrated exceptional skill in enhancing human resource functions across major corporations.
Prior to joining GoApptiv, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tirupati Group, where he was instrumental in driving human resources, administration, security, communication, and ESG initiatives. His role was pivotal in positioning Tirupati Group as a distinguished workplace in the manufacturing sector, underlining his expertise in building strong teams and fostering meaningful partnerships. Under his leadership Tirupati Group was recognized by Great Place To Work (GPTW) as India’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing during 2024.
His journey also includes pivotal roles at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Abbott, where he excelled in driving HR transformation and created a lasting impact on those organizations.
Dr. Dahagam’s expertise is backed by a PhD in Human Resources Development from Nirma University and an MHRDM (MBA HR) from the University of Mumbai. His academic and professional achievements have made him a revered figure in the HR domain, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
