With over 19 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, business partnering, and organizational transformation, Gomathy will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on enhancing culture, driving talent growth, and elevating employee experience across the organization.
Before joining Digital Connexion, Gomathy served as Senior Manager – HR at Condé Nast Technology Lab, where she played a pivotal role in shaping strategic HR initiatives, implementing Workday systems, and leading transformation and integration efforts across geographies. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, compensation and benefits, and leadership development, positioning her as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Prior to her tenure at Condé Nast, she held key HR leadership roles at TVS Next and SmarTek21, where she led workforce planning, capability building, and HR operational excellence to support rapid organizational growth. She began her HR journey with QuScient Technologies, CSI Software Pvt. Ltd., and Oxford Consultants Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and people management within the technology and consulting domains.
