Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 – Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SOS) has announced the appointment of Govardhan P as Chief Business Officer. In this leadership role, he will drive enterprise growth, strengthen market expansion strategies, and build high-performance sales and delivery ecosystems across SOS’s national and multi-location project portfolios.
Prior to joining Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SOS), Govardhan P served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at JSW Severfield Structures Ltd, where he was a member of the India management team, leading the entire India and export business of approximately ₹2,000 crore. He created a three-year strategic sales and marketing roadmap that delivered significant business expansion, aligned pricing and profitability models, strengthened organizational capability building, and led quarterly board performance reviews.
Before this, he spent nearly five and a half years with Schindler India, most recently as Vice President – Field Operations, where he held P&L ownership for the Western Region business exceeding ₹600 crore, led a workforce of over 750 professionals, drove operational excellence, digital transformation, compliance, ESG initiatives, and built strong people and leadership development ecosystems. He earlier served as General Manager – Field Operations and Deputy General Manager – Field Operations, where he led turnaround initiatives, received multiple leadership awards, and institutionalized high-performance operational models.
Earlier in his career, Govardhan P served as Director – Sales & Service (APA) and later Country Head – Sales, Marketing & Service at Fermator Group, where he led profit centers, designed multi-year strategic roadmaps, expanded OEM partnerships, and built nationally recognized sales and service teams. He also held senior leadership roles at KONE Elevator India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Senior Branch Manager and Senior Manager – Market & Business Intelligence, spearheading data-driven transformation initiatives across India and Asia Pacific.
His early career included leadership assignments at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and Murugappa Instruments, building his foundation in industrial sales, service, and market intelligence.
Govardhan P holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from S.R.M. School of Management Studies.
