Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Grace Anderson has been appointed as the new Head of HR & Learning at Kura (CS) Ltd. Grace brings over 14 years of experience in human resources and learning management, making her an excellent fit for this leadership role at Kura.
Grace has been a dedicated member of the Kura (CS) Ltd team for over six years. Before her promotion to Head of HR & Learning, she served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner from February 2022 to June 2024. In this role, she managed HR, Training, and OD functions, built effective partnerships with the leadership team, and strategically planned to drive business results.
Prior to that, Grace was an HR Business Partner from March 2018 to April 2022. She managed HR Shared Services, drove talent management initiatives, planned and led organizational changes, and provided employee engagement insights. Her efforts in streamlining HR processes and fostering professional development have been instrumental in the company’s growth.
Grace began her journey at Kura as an HR Advisor in July 2016, where she provided expert advice on employee relations, coached managers on HR policies, and proactively improved employee engagement.
Before joining Kura, Grace worked at G1 Group PLC for over eight years. As an HR Advisor from April 2014 to June 2016, she provided daily support to 52 venues across Scotland, managed employee contracts, ensured compliance with employment legislation, and supported absence management processes.
Her earlier roles at G1 Group PLC include serving as an HR Assistant from July 2012 to March 2014, where she administered ER documents, supported formal meetings, processed HR paperwork, and co-ordinated recruitment interviews and events. Grace started her career there as a Personnel Administrator from May 2010 to July 2012, handling recruitment events, HR document production, and payroll administration.
