New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, December 2025 – Greg Gonzales-Pollick has started a new position as Senior Director, People Business Partner at Peloton Interactive, taking on expanded responsibility for leading people business partnering across the organization. In this role, he supports senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture, contributing to Peloton’s continued evolution as a global leader at the intersection of fitness, technology, and media.
In his current role as Senior Director, People Business Partner at Peloton Interactive, Greg Gonzales-Pollick builds on his strong foundation within the company, having previously served as Director, People Business Partner for over two years. During this period, he played a key role in partnering with business leaders to navigate organizational change, strengthen leadership capability, and align people strategy with business priorities.
Prior to joining Peloton, Greg held the role of Senior Director, Human Resources, Banana Republic Stores and Store Operations at Banana Republic, where he led HR strategy for large-scale retail and store operations. His experience within the Gap Inc. ecosystem also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Athleta and Director of HR for Banana Republic North America Specialty Stores and Store Operations, giving him deep exposure to multi-brand, consumer-facing organizations.
Earlier in his career, Greg Gonzales-Pollick worked as an HR Business Partner – Southwest and Mexico at Tesla, supporting fast-paced operations in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment. He also spent several years with Gap Inc., holding roles such as Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development and Regional HR Manager across Gap Outlet and Banana Republic businesses, where he focused on leadership development, regional HR operations, and talent programs.
He began his HR leadership journey with Netflix, serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources, Operations and Regional Human Resources Manager, and earlier with US Airways as Human Resources Manager – InFlight Operations, building a strong foundation across operations-led HR, employee relations, and large workforce environments.
