Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Navneet Gupta has been appointed as Global HR Head at Milestone Inc. In this role, he will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness as Milestone continues to scale its AI-first digital experience platform worldwide.
In his new position, Navneet Gupta will oversee global human resources operations, including talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, employee engagement, and culture transformation, aligning people initiatives with Milestone’s growth ambitions across geographies and industry verticals.
Prior to joining Milestone Inc., Navneet served as Head of People – Asia at fabric, where he played a key role in building and scaling people practices across the region. His work focused on coaching leaders, strengthening performance management frameworks, driving culture change, and advancing people development and engagement strategies in a high-growth environment.
Earlier, he was associated with Aakash Educational Services Limited as Lead HR Business Partner, supporting business-aligned HR initiatives. He also worked as a People Consultant with i4 Consulting, advising organizations on reimagining HR blueprints and talent strategies.
Navneet’s career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Cure.fit, where he served as Head HR – Fitness Business, and at PUMA Group as Head – Corporate HR. Earlier in his career, he spent close to five years with Bharti Airtel in multiple roles spanning HR business partnering, talent management, learning, and talent acquisition. He began his professional journey with stints at Tata Consultancy Services and Intel Corporation.
