Montreal, Quebec, Canada, December 2024 – Gregory Lee has been promoted to Director, Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Behaviour Interactive, marking a significant milestone in his three-year tenure at the company. In his new role, Gregory will oversee strategic initiatives in talent acquisition and HR operations, focusing on scaling the organization’s workforce and enhancing its operational efficiency to align with Behaviour Interactive’s growth trajectory.
Gregory joined Behaviour Interactive in January 2022 as Manager, Talent Acquisition, where he successfully managed recruitment efforts for Canada’s largest independent gaming studio. His exceptional performance earned him a promotion to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & HR Operations in October 2023, where he led a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostered cross-departmental collaborations, and leveraged data analytics to drive strategic hiring decisions.

Before joining Behaviour Interactive, Gregory served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sid Lee, focusing on digital recruitment, and as a Senior Recruiter at Unity Technologies, where he contributed to building a world-class team for real-time 3D content creation. He also worked as a Recruitment Advisor at GSoft, honing his expertise in recruitment strategies and HR advisory services.
Earlier in his career, Gregory built a strong foundation as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, where he developed his skills in sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles.
