Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – JLL promotes Aayushi Tyagi as its new Director – People Experience Partner. In her role, Aayushi will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, optimizing HR strategies, and driving initiatives that align with JLL’s commitment to shaping a people-first work culture.
Prior to joining JLL, Aayushi spent 6 years at VFS Global, where she held multiple roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager, focusing on HR audits, operations, and strategic initiatives for nearly 2 years. Before that, as Human Resources Manager, she excelled in performance management and HRIS systems, among other areas. Her tenure also included a Deputy Manager – HRBP role, where she contributed to talent acquisition and employee relations.
Earlier, Aayushi was with Usha International for over 3 years, where she progressed from Senior Officer to Assistant Manager roles. Her responsibilities included performance management, HR operations, and recruitment, showcasing her capability in managing end-to-end HR functions.
Her career began at TeamLease Services Limited, where she gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Executive, focusing on HR operations and recruitment for over 2 years.
