In her new role, she will lead HR strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to support the company’s growth and innovation goals.
Prior to joining Essentia, Kristin served as the Human Resources Director at Sesami, where she was responsible for HR operations and strategic initiatives within the Dallas, Texas area. Her role included talent acquisition, performance management, and policy formulation, contributing to the company’s overall success in the competitive market.
Kristin also held the position of Human Resources Director at ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc., where she oversaw HR strategies for multiple subsidiaries, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and compliance. Her leadership was instrumental in driving organizational efficiency and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s vision for the future of 5G technology.
Earlier in her career, Kristin served as the Human Resources Director at Tucker Powersports and Regional Human Resources Manager at BMC – Building Materials and Construction Solutions. In these roles, she demonstrated her ability to lead HR operations across multiple locations, driving staff retention and enhancing organizational culture.
